The infrastructure “Seeparkcampus West” is located nearby the lake in the center of aspern Vienna´s Urban Lakeside. (ERSTE Immobilien KAG holds a minority stake of 10% in the project.)

Seeparkcampus West received awards from ÖGNB and klimaaktiv.

On January 25, 2018, the Austrian Sustainable Building Council (ÖGNB) and klimaaktiv Bauen und Sanieren awarded outstanding projects in sustainable construction. This event was part of the BauZ! Congress held.

Also awarded was the Seeparkcampus West of ERSTE Immobilien KAG - with 931 ÖGNB quality points (gold) and 839 climatic active points (silver). Peter Karl, Managing Director of ERSTE Immobilien KAG and Caroline Palfy, Managing Director of cetus Baudevelopment GmbH, accepted the certificate and plaque.

The residential property was approved by ÖGNB and klimaaktiv at BauZ! Congress on May 12, 2022. The residential property "WOHNAVITA " has achieved the quality level klimaaktiv BRONZE.

The property is located in the 23. district of Vienna "Liesing", between the Perfektastraße and the Ketzergasse. At the end of 2014, the office and commercial building was completed. It was built in passive house construction. Here, the use of alternative energy generation such as geothermal is in the foreground.

The building has been built according to the guidelines of klimaaktiv. The object has reached the gold status (ERSTE Immobilien KAG holds a minority stake of 10% in the project.). Furthermore, the office building silo one is certified as "Green and Blue Building" and also after "Breeam excellent".

In a few minutes public transport links such as the underground lines U6 station "Perfektastraße" or bus stops can be reached. Shops for daily necessities and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity.

In September 2020 the portfolio of ERSTE RESPONSIBLE  IMMOBILIENFONDS was expanded by three condominiums. Two are situated in 1110 Vienna Csokorgasse 8 and one in 1210 Vienna Ruth-Brinkmanngasse 1 - each with its own parking space. All 3 apartments have their own private open space such as a loggia and balcony.

The apartments in both properties are well connected to the public transport network by tram or bus. There are shops and educational facilities in the immediate vicinity as well as green areas for sporting and leisure activities.

The property Breitenfurter Strasse 235 in the 23rd district of Vienna was awarded by ÖGNB and klimaaktiv on May 12th, 2022. The object has achieved the quality level klimaaktiv BRONZE.

The building houses a school and a supermarket. The rooms for the all-day school are located on levels 2 and 3. Different play and lounge areas have been created for the students on the roof. The school is modernly equipped with gyms, an outdoor sports facility, as well as media rooms and kitchens.

The supermarket is located on the ground floor. Long-term rental agreements have been concluded with both tenants. The underground car park with around 165 parking spaces is located in the basement of the building.

The property is part of the “RIVUS” district development, and around 800 rental and owner-occupied apartments and a diverse infrastructure are to be built by 2022.

The bus stop for bus line 62 is in front of the door. The “Atzgersdorf” express train station can be reached on foot in few minutes.

Breitenfurter Straße is one of the most important main axes for private traffic in the 23rd district.
