The building is located in a residential area and is featured by the well linked public traffic and the near to the Hamburger Stadtpark.

The office complex consists of 5 building parts, which are connected with pedestrian bridges. The buildings were erected in 1993 in solid construction and modernized in 2020. A two-storey underground car park, parking spaces and a covered bicycle parking space are available to both employees and visitors. A kindergarten, a canteen and a large storage area are available. There are parks around the building that invite you to linger and do various sporting activities.

The office buildings are located in the Alsterdorf in the Hamburg North district. Not far from the area, the Alster flows with a docking station for ships. Numerous means of public transport, such as underground trains and buses, are only a few minutes' walk away. Various restaurants, cafes and shops as well as the university hospital are within walking distance.
