After completing his jurisprudential education at the University of Vienna, Peter Karl has been working in the banking sector (real estate investments) since 2001. As a CEO of ERSTE Immobilien KAG since 2007, his area of responsibility includes for example acquisition and funds- and product management. He is Managing Director of Erste Asset Management GmbH (EAM).
Manfred Lentner
Management Board (COO, CRO)
Manfred Lentner has many years of management experience in various Asset Management functions, both in liquid asset classes and in Private Markets. As Managing Director of ERSTE Immobilien KAG, he has been responsible for the back office since November 2024. As Advisor to the Board, he is also responsible for strategic initiatives at Erste Asset Management GmbH.
Sabine Bayer
Real Estate Transaction Management
Sabine Bayer started her career in a property management company. After her studies at the university of real estate management in Vienna (an university of applied science) she specialized in the area of real estate asset management. Since 2016 she supports the ERSTE Immobilien KAG in the departement Transaction Management.
Antonia Brennacher-Gsellmann
Transaction Management
Antonia Brennacher-Gsellmann studied business law at the University of Economics and Business in Vienna and Real Estate Management and Valuation at the University of Technology in Vienna. Ms. Brennacher-Gsellmann has already gained expertise in various areas of the real estate sector, including property management, real estate valuation, transaction management and legal. She joined the Transaction Management team of Erste Immobilien KAG in January 2023.
Hülya Cayir
Real Estate Asset Management Operations
Hülya Cayir started her career as a real estate agent specializing in commercial real estate. She studied real estate management on FH Wien University of Applied Sciences. After nine years of national and international brokerage, she became Asset Manager in an international investment group with focus on real estate in Europe. Since 2015, she work with ERSTE Immobilien KAG.
Stefanie Eltmann
Authorised officer/ Head of Governance, Risk and Operations
Stefanie Eltmann studied business law at the Vienna University of Economics and Business. She started her career at a commercial law firm, where she gained her first real estate expertise. In 2014, she joined KPMG Austria, where she specialised in regulatory consulting for asset managers and banks in the area of Risk Consulting, Financial Services Advisory. Since January 2022, she has been responsible for governance, risk management and operations at ERSTE Immobilien KAG. At the same time, Stefanie Eltmann acts as Head of Real Estate Risk Management at Erste Asset Management GmbH.
Manuel Fida
Real Estate Asset Management Operations
Mr. Fida began his career in the real estate sector in 2019 at a renowned property management company in Vienna while simultaneously studying Industrial Engineering at Mittweida University. He then gained experience as a property manager in several housing cooperatives in Austria. Since October 2024, he has been working for Erste Immobilien KAG in the area of Real Estate Asset Management Operations.
Claus Gödl
Real Estate Fund Management
After completing his master's degree in real estate- and corporate management at the University of Applied Science in Wr. Neustadt, Mr. Claus Gödl worked as a property manager for many years and was also able to gain valuable experience in real estate brokerage and the handling of various renovation- and new construction projects. Before changing to ERSTE Immobilien KAG, Mr. Gödl worked as an asset manager and authorized representative with a focus on project developments and transactions at a Viennese real estate development and investment group. He supports the Real Estate Fund Management team since 2023.
Eveline Gratzer
Product Management
Eveline Gratzer started in 2002 in the family of ERSTE Bank Group. After graduation in real estate management in Vienna she has been concentrated in the field of closed ended funds. Since June 2010 she is been working for ERSTE Immobilien KAG as a productmanager, specialized in sales support and investor relations.
Beatrix Habeler
Real Estate Asset Management Sales
As a graduate of the master’s degree in real estate management and corporate management at the University of Applied Sciences in Wr. Neustadt, Ms. Habeler worked as a property manager for several years. Back then she was responsible for the management of offices and commercial properties of great volumes and retail parks for international real estate funds. She has been with ERSTE Immobilien KAG since 2019 and soon took over prime responsibility for project developments in the residential sector. She now leads the RE Asset Management Sales Team.
Tjark-Kristian Janssen
Real Estate Fund Operations
Tjark-Kristian Janssen studied International Banking and Finance at the University of Glasgow. He began his career at the American financial services provider MSCI Inc., where he gained expertise in data management with a focus on the DACH real estate transaction market. Since September 2023, Mr. Janssen supports the Real Estate Fund Operations team at ERSTE Immobilien KAG.
Alexandra Kerschbaum
Product Management
Alexandra Kerschbaum started her career in 2001 in the austrian banking sector, where she dealt with the areas investor relations and product management of real estate investments such as the open-ended real estate fund. Since the year 2007 she is responsible for the product management of ERSTE Immobilien KAG.
Dieter Kerschbaum
Press
Dieter Kerschbaum studied political science, journalism and communication science. He is press relations officer of ERSTE Immobilien KAG and Erste Asset Management GmbH (EAM) and has many years of experience in public relations.
Marielle Kiskanoglou
Real Estate Asset Management Operations
Marielle Kiskanoglou studied real estate management at FH Wien University of Applied Sciences. She began her career in a real estate company for commercial real estate in Vienna. In 2014 she joined a group of companies which specializes in "High Streets" properties in Vienna. Since 2016, she works with ERSTE Immobilien KAG.
Agnes Koernyefalvy
Real Estate Asset Operations & Business Development
Agnes Koernyefalvy completed a master's degree at the Vienna University of Economics and Business and the Vienna University of Applied Sciences. She then gained experience in international companies in the financial sector and has been working for Erste Immobilien KAG in the Real Estate Asset Operations & Business Development area since October 2023.

Manuel Koger started his professional career in the real estate sector in 2012 and completed a bachelor's degree in real estate economy and a master's degree in real estate management at FHWien der WKW. He worked in renowned real estate companies in various positions in property and asset management. Since 2022 he has been supporting the Real Estate Asset Management Operations department as an asset manager.
Alexander Kornfeld
Real Estate Transaction Management
Alexander Kornfeld started his career as real estate expert at a real estate company that operates throughout Europe. Since the year 2010 he is part of of ERSTE Immobilien KAG co-responsible for the acquisition of existing properties as well as real estate developments in Austria and Germany. Since 2016 Mr. Kornfeld is head of the transaction management team.
Erwin Krammer
Sales Support
He studied economics and since 2008 he is part of the Austrian Savings Banks Group responsible for the sales of funds of ERSTE Immobilien KAG and Erste Asset Management GmbH (EAM). He has a long-term experience and a high level of expertise (since 1990) in the area of investment management. Furthermore he holds a degree of the European Financial Planning Association (EFPA).
Malte Lotz
Risk Management & Compliance
Malte Lotz studied business administration in Germany and came to Vienna at the beginning of his Master's degree. He is currently studying for a Master's degree in Business Consulting & Digital Management and has been supporting us across departments in the Risk Management & Compliance and Sustainability Team since 2023.
Jenin Madesta
Real Estate Asset Management Sales
In 2021, Ms. Madesta completed the dual bachelor's degree program in business administration with focus on real estate management at IU in Hamburg. For the practical part of the dual study program, she worked as a real estate agent in the residential property sector. Afterwards, she gained experience as a project assistant in the construction department of a housing cooperative.
Since August 2023, Ms. Madesta has been supporting the Asset Management Sales department as a Junior Real Estate Asset Manager.
Jan Marek
Real Estate Asset Operations & Business Development
Jan Marek studied International Financial Management with focus on risk management, controlling and capital market law at the Martin Luther University Halle-Wittenberg (Germany). In 2015, he started as Risk & Process Manager at ERSTE Immobilien KAG. In his function he was responsible for risk management, process management and IT controlling. Since September 2021, Marek is Head of the department Real Estate Asset Operations & Business Development.
Martin Mörixbauer
Real Estate Transaction Management
Martin Mörixbauer graduated in civil engineering with a focus on construction industry and building construction at the Vienna University of Technology. Before joining ERSTE Immobilien KAG, he gained professional experience as a project manager in the field of building planning. Since 2017, he supports the transaction management department in terms of real estate transactions and project developments. Furthermore, Mörixbauer is in charge of examination and implementation of sustainability criteria for the ERSTE responsible property fund.
Petra Moser

Petra Moser started her career as a real-estate agent in a large Austrian real estate agency. In 2009 she became Asset Manager at a publicly traded company where she managed properties in Austria, Germany and Luxembourg. Having joined ERSTE Immobilien KAG in 2013.
Simone Pesau-Horowitz
Head of Legal
After completing her legal studies at the University of Vienna and successfully passing the bar exam, Simone Pesau-Horowitz started her career at a project development company. Here she gained experiences with respect to the real estate sector with focus on project development. In 2006 she joined Erste Group (focused on real estate law Austria/CEE). Since 2015 Pesau-Horowitz supports the ERSTE Immobilien KAG in legal issues and since September 2021 she heads the legal department.

After 26 years banking experience in an Austrian bank in the divisions Multinational Department, Corporate Planning & Finance, Controlling and Sales Management Christine Pauker joined our team in May 2017. She supports the CEO Peter Karl and the teams Real Estate Fund Management, Product Management, Real Estate Transaction Management and Legal.
Thomas Puschnig
Authorised officer/Real Estate Fund Management
After having completed studies of business administration and after an intermediate stop in business consulting Thomas Puschnig begann in banking and he could settle soon in the area of real estate investments and financing. Since the launch of open-end real estate funds in 2003 these are part of his assignments. Since 2008, when Puschnig started at ERSTE Immobilien KAG, he accounts for management of open-end real estate funds.
Michael Rausch
Transaction Management CEE
After completing a study of building technology Michael Rausch started his career at real estate service and real estate development companies, where he gained experiences with respect to the real estate sector. After many years working for a leading Austrian real estate investor focusing on office buildings across Central and Eastern Europe he then joined Erste Group in 2020 and is now responsible for real estate transactions in CEE at ERSTE Immobilien KAG.
Orgesa Osmanaj
Risk Management
Orgesa Osmanaj started as an Intern at ERSTE Immobilien KAG in 2019, where she gained experience in risk model development and risk reporting. After completing her bachelor’s degree in banking and finance at the University of Applied Sciences BFI Vienna, she did her Masters in Business Consulting and Management (major: European Finance and Risk Management) at the University of Applied Sciences Wiener Neustadt. Since early 2020 she supports the Risk Management Team.
Marvin Stallinger
Real Estate Transaction Management
Marvin Stallinger completed his master ‘s degree in real estate management at the University of Applied Sciences in Kufstein, Tyrol. Simultaneously, he worked in the banking sector as a real estate appraiser in the risk management department. Afterward, he did an additional degree as a Certified Real Estate Investment Analyst at the International Real Estate Business School in Regensburg. Stallinger has been supporting the ERSTE Immobilien KAG team as Real Estate Transaction Manager since 2021.
Sebastian Sturmer
Compliance; Sustainability
Studying economics at the Vienna University of Economics and Business, Sebastian Sturmer holds a doctoral degree in Economics and a magister degree in Business Education. Sebastian started his banking career in 2009. Thanks to his majors in International Business and Small Business Management & Entrepreneurship he had the opportunity to take over responsibilities in international banks in areas such as Institutional Sales, Human Resource Management, Multinational Corporates and Portfolio & Pricing Management. Sebastian joined ERSTE Immobilien KAG as a Risk and Compliance Manager in January 2017. Since July 2021, Sebastian Sturmer heads the Staff Position Sustainability. From June 2023 on he heads the Staff Position Compliance.
Stephanie Sumpich
Real Estate Asset Management Operations
During her career, Stephanie. Sumpich has gained several years of real estate experience in property management companies. In 2018 she completed the part-time bachelor's degree course in "Real Estate Management" at the Vienna University of Applied Sciences (FH Wien WKW), which enabled her to expand the practical knowledge she had previously acquired. In September 2019, Sumpich started at the ERSTE Immobilien KAG and supported the two departments Real Estate Asset Management and Risk Management & Compliance as well as one of the Managing Directors. Since December 2021, she joined the Real Estate Asset Management Operations team as an asset manager.
Daniel Thum
Authorised officer/ Head of Investments Real Estate
Daniel Thum has held management positions at various Austrian institutional real estate companies, most recently he was responsible for portfolio and investment management at BIG/ARE for many years. Since March 2021, he has been responsible for fund, asset and transaction management at ERSTE Immobilien KAG as Head of the Market Division. At the same time, Daniel Thum acts as Head of Investments Real Estate at Erste Asset Management GmbH.
Isabelle Thurn und Taxis
Real Estate Asset Management Sales
Ms. Thurn und Taxis studied export-oriented management at the University of Applied Sciences in Krems before starting her professional career in a well-known real estate management company in Vienna, where she held several positions. Building on this, she completed a master's degree in real estate management at FHWien der WKW. Afterwards she gained experiences with a building developer and in asset management at a large institution. Since April 2023 she has been working as an asset manager in the Real Estate Asset Management Sales department.
Christoph Tittes
Legal
After graduating from University of Vienna with a law degree and completing his judicial clerkship, Christoph Tittes worked as an associate and subsequently as an attorney-at-law for a renowned Viennese law firm with practices in Austria and CEE. The main focus of his work was on real estate law and especially on the legal advice on real estate transactions. Since March 2022 Christoph Tittes supports ERSTE Immobilien KAG in the legal department and is among other things in charge of the legal handling of real estate transactions.
Yuliya Weck
Governance and Outsourcing Officer
Ms. Weck completed her academic career in Business Studies (Business Administration) at University of Economy, Vienna in 2020. Having started her professional career at a rather early stage - at times parallel to her studies – she was eagerly gaining profound levels of experience, primarily in the sector of Customer Relations, passing through numerous individual stages such as Real Estate Development, -Management and -brokerage. As of March 2022, Ms. Weck has been strengthening our team by providing organizational support to the Management Boards (COO, CRO) and taking responsibility for governance and outsourcing matters.
Christina Weisshappel-Plautz
Product Management
Ms Weisshappel-Plautz studied Business Administration at the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration and graduated with a Master of Science degree. She completed the Marketing & Sales course while working. She began her career at Erste Bank. There she gained experience as a customer advisor in a branch in Vienna for 3 years. She joined ERSTE Immobilien KAG in November 2010. Since June 2017 she is working in the Product Management of ERSTE Immobilien KAG.
